Schedule for: 25w7007 - Canadian Emerging Infectious Disease Modelling

For individuals able to join the meeting on Friday. Collate questions and ideas for the bigger group, figure out some plausible themes/sections for the proposal to identify proposal writing groups.

After check-in everyone gets together to agree on group structure (thematic area) for the write up of the proposal, in particular who will be responsible for each section.

Brainstorm ideas about what should be included in each section

Working groups will come up with outlines fir their section. We will split up to find rooms to work (there are two main rooms and several rooms on the lower level)

Broader group convenes to go through outline for each section, confirm what is included and reduce overlap.

Each working group starts writing their sections, finding space in breakout rooms.

Continue to write up the section in breakout rooms.

Discussion of how far we got, any questions that need to be discussed with the whole group, updates on what still needs to be written and plans for Sunday.

Final writing schedule based on discussion from Saturday. Breakout rooms.

Convene to discuss work completed and next steps.

Those who are leaving later and wish to stay can continue to collaborate on the proposal, budget, network activities, research projects as needed.
