For individuals able to join the meeting on Friday. Collate questions and ideas for the bigger group, figure out some plausible themes/sections for the proposal to identify proposal writing groups.

16:00 - 16:01 Check-in begins at 16:00 on Sunday and is open 24 hours ( (Front Desk - Professional Development Centre)
17:00 - 18:00 Plenary -- decide plan and form writing groups
After check-in everyone gets together to agree on group structure (thematic area) for the write up of the proposal, in particular who will be responsible for each section.
