Description

The "G4G, Gathering for Gardner, puzzles in the classroom" workshop will be hosted at The Banff International Research Station.

The late Martin Gardner was an author of journals and books on problem solving with puzzles and questions that have intriqued the readers for many decades. One of his goals was to bring young people together to solve problems. Many of these problems and their solutions are presented in this workshop for teachers to use in their classrooms and math clubs and math fairs. At the same time we pay tribute to the memory of this famous problem designer by calling the weekend G4G, Gathering for Gardner.
